Are all iPhone 17 models unlocked?
Yes — every iPhone 17 we sell is fully unlocked, new or used. Works on any UK network (O2, EE, Vodafone, Three, Giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, etc.) and any international SIM. No hidden network locks, no carrier restrictions.
What's the difference between new and used?
New = factory-sealed in original Apple packaging, never opened. Used = pre-owned phones that have been fully tested, battery-checked (minimum 85% health), sanitised and professionally inspected. Both come with our full 1-year warranty. The main difference is price — you save up to £150 going used.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and parts that fail through no fault of yours — things like battery failure, screen issues, charging port problems, or camera faults. How much can I get for my old iPhone?

How fast is delivery?
Free UK delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm usually ship the same day. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's out for delivery. Or come into our Sutton shop and walk out with it the same hour.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Unactivated phones can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if unused and in original packaging. Once a device has been activated with a SIM or Apple ID, standard consumer returns don't apply — but our 1-year warranty still covers you for any faults. Read the full returns policy.
