It started with cases
We began selling premium phone cases online, with free UK delivery.
- 2024
Repairs, because you asked
Customers kept asking if we could fix their phones too – so we opened a repair workshop.
- 2025
Devices and trade-ins
We added new and unlocked devices, plus trade-ins, so you can upgrade in one place.
- 2026
Repairs at your door
We launched home repairs across London, 7pm–1am. We’re still run by a small team who care about every order.

Said has a background in software engineering and started SnapCases as a side project. Today he still handles sourcing, answers messages, supervises repairs and checks orders himself.
