Our Story
How SnapCases started
"I wanted one honest, reliable place where people could buy tech, get it fixed, and actually trust what they were getting."
SnapCases started in 2023 with a simple idea — sell phone cases the way you'd want to buy them. Fair price, good quality, delivered free, backed by a real person. That's still the rule today, just with a lot more on the shelves.
Every decision since has come from customer requests. Every step of growth has been led by what people actually asked for, not what looked good on a business plan.
2023
Started with cases
Launched selling premium phone cases and accessories online with free UK delivery. Simple range, fair prices, quick dispatch.
2024
Opened the repair workshop
Customers kept asking "do you fix phones too?" So we did. Screens, batteries, and eventually the tricky stuff — foldables, back glass, water damage.
2025
Added devices & trade-ins
Expanded into new and unlocked phones, iPads, tablets and laptops — plus buy, sell and exchange so customers could upgrade without the hassle.

Still run the same way

Most shops refuse to touch Samsung Z Fold or Z Flip repairs. We repair them all — inner displays, outer covers, hinges. It's hard work, but we're good at it.

Hi — I'm Said, and I built SnapCases from scratch in London. What started as a side project selling phone cases turned into a full tech shop covering phones, tablets, laptops and repairs — because that's what our customers kept asking for.
I still handle most of it myself — sourcing stock, answering messages, supervising repairs, and making sure every order goes out right. When you contact SnapCases, you're talking to someone who actually cares how it goes.
If something's ever not right, I'd rather hear about it and fix it than have you walk away unhappy. That's the deal.
