Is the screen protector really free?

Yes. Every phone and tablet case comes with a free tempered-glass screen protector for the same model. Buy in store and we’ll fit it for you; order online and it’s packed with your case.

How do I know which model I have?

On iPhone, go to Settings › General › About. On Samsung or Google Pixel, go to Settings › About phone. Still unsure? WhatsApp us a photo of the back of your phone.

Do MagSafe cases work with wireless charging?

Yes. Magnetic cases have built-in magnets that line up with magnetic chargers, wallets and car mounts, and work with standard wireless chargers too.

What if the case doesn’t fit?

You have 14 days to change your mind on unused items in their original packaging. Bring it in or message us and we’ll swap it for the right model.

How quickly will my case arrive?

Delivery is free to any UK address and usually takes 1–3 working days. Free delivery applies to UK addresses only. You can also collect in store in Sutton.
