Is delivery free across the UK?Popular
Yes — every single order ships free across the UK with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from our London shop and delivered to all UK addresses including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. See our full shipping info page for details.

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery arrives within 1–3 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day — anything after is dispatched the next business day at the latest. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship to Europe, North America, Australia and many parts of Asia. International delivery times and charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note: free shipping applies to UK orders only.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Every order gets a tracking link sent to your email the moment it ships. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status any time from your account dashboard.

Yes — every phone case purchase includes a free tempered glass screen protector matched to your phone model. It's added to your order automatically at no extra cost. Your phone is fully protected from day one.

How do I know if an accessory fits my phone?
Each product page lists the exact phone models it fits — iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and more. If you're unsure whether something will work with your device, give us a quick call or WhatsApp message and we'll check for you before you order.

Will your chargers damage my phone?
No — all our chargers and cables are safety-tested and compliant with UK standards. We only stock products we'd use with our own phones. Fast-charge cables, wireless pads and wall plugs all come with the 1-year warranty as standard.

Which phones and devices do you repair?Popular
We repair all major phone brands — iPhone, Samsung Galaxy (including Z Fold and Z Flip), Google Pixel — plus iPads, Samsung tablets, MacBooks and Samsung laptops. From cracked screens and battery replacements to charging ports and water damage. See our full repairs page to book.

How long does a repair take?
Most phone repairs — screens, batteries and charging ports — are done in 1–2 hours while you wait. Drop in without an appointment. Laptop and foldable repairs (Z Fold / Z Flip) typically take 1–3 business days due to their complexity. We always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Do you repair Samsung foldables (Z Fold / Z Flip)?
Yes — we're specialists in foldable repairs, which most shops refuse to touch. We fix Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3/4/5/6 and Z Flip 3/4/5/6 including inner displays, outer cover displays, and hinge mechanisms. Turnaround is usually 1–3 business days.

What if my device can't be fixed?
Diagnosis is always free, and it's no-fix-no-fee. If we can't repair your device — or if the cost would outweigh the value — we'll tell you honestly, and you won't be charged. If your device is beyond repair, we can often offer a trade-in value instead.

What's your returns policy?Popular
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all accessories and cases. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, with tags and seals intact. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Full details on our returns page.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Easy. Give us a call on 0208 150 7952, message us on WhatsApp, or email info@snapcases.co.uk with your order number. We'll confirm within 24 hours. You can either post the item back to us or drop it into our London shop — whichever is easier.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We'll sort it — full refund or free replacement, with return postage covered by us. Our mistake, our cost — no questions asked.

Do you buy old phones and devices?
Yes — we buy, sell, and exchange phones, iPads and tablets. Bring your device into the shop for a free valuation and we'll make you an honest offer. Paid in cash or store credit on the day. See our devices page for more info.

Are your used phones unlocked and tested?
Absolutely. Every second-hand device is fully tested, unlocked, and quality-checked before it goes on sale — and comes with our 1-year warranty. No network restrictions, no hidden surprises.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers all accessories and repairs against manufacturing defects and faults. If a product or repair fails within 12 months of normal use, we'll replace or repair it free of charge — no quibbles. It doesn't cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship fast — which is great for you, but means we have a small window to make changes. Call or message us straight away and we'll do our best. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still return it under our 14-day policy once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro — plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna (pay in instalments). All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. At the shop we also take cash.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. But if you plan to order more than once, signing up means you get order history, saved addresses, live tracking, and faster checkout next time.
