Is there a warranty on laptop repairs?
Yes. Every laptop repair we carry out comes with a 1-year warranty covering the part we fitted and the work we did. If the same fault comes back within 12 months, bring it back to our Sutton store and we'll put it right at no charge.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Most laptop screen and battery replacements are done the same day — often while you wait. Board-level work, liquid damage clean-ups and data recovery take longer, usually 1–3 days. We'll give you a clear timeline with your free quote and call you as soon as it's ready.
