Is delivery free for UK customers?Popular
SnapCases Ltd provides complimentary standard delivery on all orders placed within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and delivered directly to your specified address, covering all UK mainland destinations.

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is fulfilled within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. A separate dispatch notification containing your tracking reference will be issued once your parcel has been collected by our courier partner.

Do you ship internationally?
SnapCases Ltd ships to a broad range of international destinations, including countries across Europe, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia. International delivery timescales and applicable charges vary by destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Please note that complimentary shipping is exclusive to UK orders.

Can I track my order?
All orders are assigned a tracking reference upon dispatch. This reference is sent to the email address provided at checkout and can be used to monitor your shipment in real time via our courier's tracking portal. SnapCases Ltd includes a complimentary, model-specific screen protector with every phone case purchase as standard. This is automatically included in the order — no additional selection or separate purchase is required. The screen protector is precision-cut to match the exact dimensions of the case model ordered and will be included in the same parcel.

Are your accessories compatible with all phone models?
All SnapCases Ltd products are listed with full compatibility specifications on their respective product pages. Our range encompasses a wide selection of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices across multiple generations. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility prior to placing your order. Are your chargers and cables MFi or USB-C certified?
All charging cables and adapters sold by SnapCases Ltd comply with the relevant safety and performance standards applicable to their connector type. What is your return policy?Popular
SnapCases Ltd operates a 14-day return and exchange policy. Customers who are not entirely satisfied with their purchase may return the item within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Items returned outside this window, or in a condition inconsistent with normal inspection, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@snapcases.co.uk, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. A member of our team will issue return instructions and a designated return address. Upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, or a replacement dispatched, within the applicable processing period.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not match the item ordered, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue to info@snapcases.co.uk. SnapCases Ltd will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for all fulfilment errors.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?
All accessories sold by SnapCases Ltd are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use. It does not extend to damage resulting from accidental misuse, unauthorised modification, or general wear and tear. To submit a warranty claim, please visit our Warranty page or contact our support team with your proof of purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our rapid order processing times, amendment and cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order. Please contact our team by phone or email at the earliest opportunity. SnapCases Ltd cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the dispatch process. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation but remain subject to our standard 14-day return policy.
