Full 1-year warranty
All our accessories and repairs are covered for one full year against faults and defects. If something goes wrong through normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge — no quibbles.
What the warranty covers
Our 1-year warranty applies in two ways — depending on whether you've bought a product or had a repair carried out.
Cases, chargers, cables, AirPods, power banks, headsets and more — covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects or faults in materials and workmanship.
Screen replacements, batteries, charging ports and other repairs come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. If the repair fails within a year, we'll redo it free of charge.
Warranty conditions
Here's exactly what's included — and the few things that fall outside cover.
- Manufacturing defects — faulty components, non-working parts, or materials that break down
- Workmanship issues on repairs — parts coming loose, screens failing, or batteries underperforming
- Free replacement on faulty accessories, and free re-repair on faulty repairs
- Parts and labour on repair-related claims — no hidden costs
- Accidental physical damage — drops, cracks, bends, or liquid damage after purchase
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised third-party repairs
- Accessories returned without original packaging or missing components
- Natural wear and tear over time (frayed cables, worn-down grips, etc.)
How to claim your warranty
Claims are simple — three quick steps and we'll take care of everything.
Get in touch
Call us on 0208 150 7952, message us on WhatsApp, or visit our contact page. Have your order number or repair reference to hand and briefly describe the issue — we'll verify your warranty straight away.
Bring it in (or post it)
Drop the item in to our London shop during opening hours — or post it to us using a tracked service. For accessories, please include the original packaging where possible so we can inspect and replace smoothly.
We fix, replace, or refund
Our team will inspect the item, confirm the fault, and sort it — typically within 1–3 business days for accessories, and same-day where possible for repair re-work. No charges, no hassle.
Keep your receipt handy
Always keep your order confirmation email or repair reference number safe — these are all we need to verify your warranty. No receipt, no problem if you purchased through the website: we can look it up using your email or phone number.
