How long does the diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics are completed within 1 business day of us receiving your device. For complex issues (like water damage or logic board faults) it may take up to 2 days — we'll always keep you informed.
What if I don't want the repair afterwards?
Totally fine. We'll post your device back to you free of charge. You pay £0 — no questions asked, no pressure to proceed.
Will you try to upsell me?
No. We give you honest, itemised quotes — if your device has multiple issues, we'll list them all with separate prices so you can choose what to fix. If something's not worth repairing, we'll tell you that too.
How do I get my device to you?
After booking, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Just print it, pack your device safely, and drop it at your local post office. If you're local to London, you can visit our store in person.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Our technicians only access what's needed to test components. We recommend backing up your data before sending, and we never store your passwords or personal information.
