Our most widely accessible service — ideal if you don't live near one of our service centres. Add to basket and check out. Shopify collects your address and payment. We'll handle everything from there.
What happens next?
- 1 We send you a prepaid mail-in pack within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
- 2 Place your device in the pack and drop it at your local post office. Return postage is fully covered by us.
- 3 Once we receive your device we diagnose, repair and post it straight back to your checkout delivery address.
⏱ How long does it take?
Usually returned within 2–3 business days of us receiving it. If we need extra time we'll always contact you to keep you updated.
