Will my phone definitely be saved?
We successfully recover most water-damaged devices, but we can't guarantee it — it depends on how long the liquid was inside, what type of liquid, and which components were affected. The good news is our diagnosis is free, so you lose nothing by letting us try.
What price range should I expect?
Water damage repairs typically range from £50 (simple clean & port replacement) to £300+ (multiple component replacements). Every quote is honest and itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Should I try to turn it on first?
No — turning the device on while there's still liquid inside can cause short circuits and permanent damage. Power it off immediately, don't charge it, and get it to us as soon as possible. Every hour counts.
Does rice actually work?
It's a myth. Rice doesn't pull water out of electronics fast enough to prevent corrosion, and it can leave starch residue inside. Professional ultrasonic cleaning removes liquid and corrosion — that's what your device actually needs.
What if I say no to the quote?
