Sutton and the surrounding area (Cheam, Carshalton, Wallington, Worcester Park, Morden, Banstead, Epsom), Croydon, Kingston, Wimbledon, South London, Lewisham, Bromley, Greenwich, Bexleyheath, Central London and out to the Kent border. Enter your postcode in the booking form to check.
Which repairs can you do at home?
Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers and microphones on iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel. Back glass, water damage, data recovery, iPads and laptops need our workshop equipment – bring them to our store at 224 High Street, Sutton SM1 1NT or post them to us.
Why can’t I pick every time?
One technician covers the whole evening, so we plan a route. We only offer times when the technician can finish the previous visit and still reach you on time – so your visit actually starts when we say it will.
How do I pay?
You pay the repair and the home visit fee online when you book. If we can’t fix your phone on the night, we refund the repair and you only pay the visit fee.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes – free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Call or WhatsApp us on 0208 150 7952.
What should I do before the visit?
Back up your phone if you can, have your passcode ready so we can test it afterwards, and make sure someone over 18 is at home.
