Do you use original Samsung parts?
Yes — for most repairs we offer original Samsung parts as our top tier, plus high-quality premium compatible parts at a lower price. Both come with a 1-year warranty, and we'll help you choose based on your budget and device.
Can you really repair Z Fold and Z Flip hinges?
Yes. Foldable hinge repairs need specialised tools and experience — our technicians have completed hundreds. We can replace the hinge mechanism, inner flexible display, or outer cover display. Each foldable repair takes 1–3 days depending on parts.
Will my Galaxy's IP rating still work after repair?
Where possible, yes. We reseal all water-resistant adhesive during screen and back glass repairs. After any major repair we still recommend avoiding deliberate water exposure — think "splash safe" rather than fully submersible.
How long does a Samsung repair take?
Most Galaxy S and A series repairs are completed in 1–2 hours. Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip repairs take 1–3 business days due to complexity. We give you a clear timeline before starting any work.
Do you service older Galaxy devices?
Yes — we repair Galaxy S phones as old as the S21 and A series back to the A05. If we can't source parts for a specific device, we'll tell you immediately so you're not left waiting.
How do I send my Samsung to you?
After booking online, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email — we cover all delivery charges both ways. Or visit our Sutton store for same-day service on most phone repairs. Your device is fully insured while in our care.
