Samsung repair questions
How long does a Samsung repair take?
Most Galaxy screen and battery replacements take under an hour, so most repairs are done the same day. Foldable inner screens can take a little longer. We’ll give you a time when you drop your phone off.
Do you use genuine Samsung parts?
Yes – most models have a genuine Samsung option. Where we also offer an OLED or standard alternative, it costs less and comes with the same 1-year warranty. Each model page shows the options side by side.
Can you repair foldable screens?
Yes. We replace inner folding screens and outer cover screens on Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, using genuine Samsung displays for the inner screen.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair we carry out comes with a 1-year warranty.
Do I need to book?
No. Walk in to 224 High Street, Sutton during opening hours – Mon–Sat 9:30am–7pm, Sun 10am–5pm.
Can I post my phone to you?
Yes. Get in touch first and we’ll explain how to send it. We confirm the price before any work starts, then repair your phone and send it straight back.
