What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Any manufacturing fault under normal use – for example a cable that stops charging, a plug that stops working or a holder whose grip fails. Bring it in or message us with your order number and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

How quickly will it arrive?
Delivery is free to any UK address and usually takes 1–3 working days. Free delivery applies to UK addresses only. You can also collect in store in Sutton.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind on unused items in their original packaging. Faulty items are covered by the warranty. See returns.
