How long does a repair take?

Most screen and battery replacements are done the same day, often while you wait. We’ll give you a time when you drop your tablet off.

How much will my repair cost?

Where a model shows prices, that’s what you pay – parts, fitting and warranty included. For models marked “Free quote”, choose the repair on the model page and send the short form, call 0208 150 7952 or walk in for a free diagnosis.

Is my repair guaranteed?

Yes. Every repair we carry out comes with a 1-year warranty.

Do I need to book?

No. Walk in to 224 High Street, Sutton during opening hours – Mon–Sat 9:30am–7pm, Sun 10am–5pm.

Can I post my tablet to you?

Yes. Get in touch first and we’ll explain how to send it. We confirm the price before any work starts, then repair it and send it straight back.
